World Health Organization Study

In September 2001, the World Health Organization Injuries and Violence Prevention Department developed a survey designed to capture service delivery information from batterer intervention programmes around the world. The survey was created with input from a variety of experts, including those with field experience in batterer intervention and victim advocacy, injury surveillance specialists, intimate partner violence researchers, and representatives of programmes in developing nations.
