Bridget Reilly
Bridget Reilly has been employed by David Mandel and Associates, LLC as the Special Projects Director since April 2010.
Bridget brings over 13 years of experience working in the field of domestic violence and sexual assault to this position, most recently serving as a Domestic Violence Consultant to the Meriden and Middletown (CT) DCF Offices. Previously she has served as a Victim Advocate with the CT Chief State's Attorney's Office, Statutory Rape Unit and as a Victim Advocate with the statewide Juvenile Sex Offender Treatment Teams. She has extensive experience in providing both criminal and juvenile court advocacy, as well as advocating for changes in systemic and institutional responses to victims of sexual abuse. As a result of her experience, she has served on several state advisory boards and task forces and informed both state and federal legislative efforts related to child and youth victimization.
Additionally, Bridget has provided training on topics related to domestic violence, child sexual abuse and primary prevention. She has written numerous curriculums and created several informational guides for adolescent victims of sexual assault that have been distributed statewide. She also published a two-part series for the U.S. Department of Justice on "A Victim-Centered Response to Juvenile Sexual Offending".
Bridget holds a BA from Hollins College and a MA from Brandeis University.
